Mercury is taken from the name of the Roman god of commerce. Mercury
became the smallest planet after Pluto was removed from the planets in
our solar system.
If the size of the earth such as baseball ball then
Mercury will have the size of a golf ball.The size of the sun viewed
from Mercury will be looks almost three times larger than when viewed
from Earth.

Mercury's
atmosphere is composed of atoms of various kinds of elements. As a
result of the planet's surface is hot, these atoms quickly released into
the space.

The temperature
on Mercury can range from 90 K to 700 K. The temperature on Venus is
higher than Mercury, but Venus has a smaller temperature variations.
